I don’t know, but for me, I like to start my day with prayer, and I can’t pray without coffee.
For decades, I added cream and a heaping spoonful of sugar to my cup. Giving up those things was VERY hard. First I let go of the sugar, then the cream (as I try to reduce satruated animal fats in my diet).
Changes like that can feel almost impossible, but the funny thing is you get used to it. And then you like the new way!
I’ve actually heard that the best way to start your day is with a big glass of plain water. I’m just not there yet…
