
Most bottled salad dressings contain added sugar and other questionable ingredients. A notable exception may be Primal Kitchen, which contains avocado oil rather than inflammatory seed oils. However, among the many oils on the market, olive is the apparently the best choice, because of the polyphenols (whatever those are!)
You can add a squeeze of Dijon mustard to this dressing which adds another layer of flavor.
I use a Pyrex cup measure so there’s less mess, which I simply stick in the cupboard if some is left over.
